Aufgaben
  • Sales: Dank deiner stark verkaufsorientierten Einstellung besteht deine Haupttätigkeit in der Telefonakquise
  • Kundenbindung: mit starkem Kundenfokus generierst du zusätzliche Verkäufe durch «Up-» und «Cross-Selling»
  • Qualität: Sicherstellung der grösstmöglichen Kundenzufriedenheit, keine Hard-Sales
  • Mehrwert für alao Kunden generieren und sie zu alao Produkten und Dienstleistungen beraten
  • Backoffice: Bearbeitung der schriftlichen und telefonischen Kundenkontakte (In- und Outbound)
  • Kampagnen: du entwickelst eigene Ideen für Kampagnen und setzt diese um
Qualifikation
  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im (Tele-) Sales Bereich ODER Quereinsteiger mit Verkaufsflair
  • 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in TelCo, eCommerce, Marketplaces, Versicherungen, Abos, von Vorteil
  • hochgradige Verkaufsmotivation mit professionellem Auftreten
  • Humor, Charme und Überzeugungskraft
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit überdurchschnittlichem Engagement
  • viel Erfahrung im direkten schriftlichen und telefonischen Kundenkontakt
  • Sprachen:
  • (Schweizer)-deutsch: Muttersprache
  • Englisch: Sehr gut
  • Französisch: von Vorteil
  • hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Computerkenntnisse: gewohnter Umgang mit modernen IT Applikationen, gute Anwendung von MS Excel & Word, (Excel & Word) und rasche Auffassungsgabe beim Umgang mit neuen Software-Tools (CRM und dedizierte Anwendungen).
