İş Tanımı:

  1. İstasyondaki ekiplerle uyumlu bir şekilde çalışarak, günlük operasyonların doğru bir şekilde yürütülmesini sağlar.
  2. Ürün sorumlusunun gözetiminde, ıslah denemeleri için tohum ekimi hazırlıklarını yapar ve ekimin gerçekleştirilmesini sağlar.
  3. Bitkilerin/fidelerin dikilmesi için sera ve açık alanları hazırlar.
  4. Ürün sorumlularının gözetiminde, fideleri seraya veya açık alana diker.
  5. Bitkilerin polen kalitesini denetler ve yeterli miktarda kendileme tohumunun alındığından emin olur.
  6. Seçilen bitkilerin kendi kendine tozlaşmasını veya melezlemesini yapar ve takip eder.
  7. Islah gruplarının zamanında ve yüksek kaliteli tohum elde etmelerini sağlar ve bu tohumlardan kaliteli fidelerin üretilmesinden sorumludur.
  8. Hasat, tohum çıkarma ve paketleme işini yapar ve kontrol eder.
  9. Markör sonuçları için fidanlıkta bitki seçim hazırlığını, gelen laboratuvar sonuçlarına göre de bitki seçimlerini yapar.
  10. Bitkilerin yeni yerlerine dikilmesinden sonra; İpe alma, Dolama, Budama, ilaçlama, kendileme, melezleme ve hasat işlerini gerçekleştirir.
  11. Deneme sonunda serayı temizler ve gelecek sezon için hazırlıkları yapar.
  12. iSG ve fitosanitasyon kurallarına tam uyum sağlar ve mesai arkadaşlarına uymaları için geri bildirim sağlar.
  13. Gerekli durumlarda bitkilerden data toplanmasına yardım eder.

Gereksinimler:

  1. Eğitim: Meslek yüksek okulu veya teknik lise mezunu
  2. Temel bilgisayar becerilerine sahip
  3. Dikme yetiştiriciliği ve optimum iklim kontrolü hakkında bilgili
  4. Tarım sektöründe aynı görevde en az 5 yıl iş deneyimi olan
  5. Hızlı tempolu, dinamik, takım bazlı çalışan bir ortamda başarıyla görevlerini yerine getirebilecek, ve çoklu görevleri öncelik sırasına göre yönetebilecek
  6. Mükemmel iletişim becerileri, yüksek sorumluluk duygusu, iyi organizasyon becerileri olan, duruma göre esneklik gösterip inisiyatif kullanabilen, sonuç odaklı kişi
