Role Summary

We are looking for a Pega Campaign Expert with hands-on experience in Pega Marketing to design, execute, and optimize personalized marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Pega-driven communication plans, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep expertise in Pega Marketing, and the ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Econometrics, Business Administration, Statistics, etc. preferred),
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM,
  • Hands-on experience with Pega Marketing tool,
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs and BI tools,
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and service-oriented environment,
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

  • Design and develop personalized MCCM campaigns using Pega Marketing,
  • Execute and monitor CRM communication plans (SMS, PN, LBS, etc.),
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to optimize results and improve reporting,
  • Set up new campaigns in the Pega Marketing system, create AOM packages, and monitor MCCM campaigns,
  • Participate in communication and proposition studies in line with company policies, ensuring proper execution and progress.
