Job Overview:
As an Admissions Counselor, you'll join our dynamic admissions team and collaborate closely with our Admissions Manager. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our ability to attract, engage, and assist our student leads effectively. We're looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are adept at solving problems creatively, and possess a strong drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with new leads/customers, providing personalized consultation and support.
- Conduct sales consultations and academic assessments with professionalism, aligning student needs with the best international study opportunities.
- Present, promote, and pitch our partner institutions abroad to prospective students, guiding them towards the best fit for their educational goals.
- Manage the application process, ensuring timely submission and maintaining communication with students until they reach their study destination.
- Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, fostering trust and ongoing engagement.
- Build your personal brand within the education sector, contributing to our company's reputation as a leader in international student recruitment.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a recognized university. International academic background preferred.
- Prior experience in an international higher education environment or a study abroad agency.
- Exceptional written and spoken English; bilingual or native language skills are highly desirable.
- Demonstrable ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, start-up environment.
