On Premise Analyst

Critical to this role is the ability to turn insights into action. The On Premise Analyst works with the On Premise Team to develop and coordinate the insights activities to maximize the potential of the RedBull brand in the trade whilst maintaining the brand personality & values. He/She should support developing the strategy of the field team and enable the execution & measurement of that strategy. This includes all means of reporting and analysis and internal coordination between On Premise marketing and field sales team, POS development and implementation, trial activities and sales analysis to generate insight. In general, the job holder will provide necessary insight by preparing and analyzing different reports.

• Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer behavior in FMCG context.
• Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends. Strategic thinking able to lead the sales strategy.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Very strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills.
• Knowledge of analyzing software (i.e. Nielsen Nitro/Advisor or similar) required.
• Presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a "self-guided" manner.
• Travel 10-20%
