JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is providing valuable support to the Ice Cream business teams in forecast, actual reporting, channel & customer profitability, financial strategy building, E-Com reporting, and finance business partnering to sales department.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  1. Managing month-end closing activities in terms of calculation and postings of rebate accruals and monthly Turnover Simulation & Flash.
  2. Preparation, tracking and monitoring of TTS Budgets, Forecasts and Actuals.
  3. Monitoring and reporting monthly Channel & Customer profitability analysis and ensuring financial development with Sales & Category teams by identifying opportunity areas.
  4. Closely monitoring Distributive Trade Reimbursement Budgets, notifying Category Finance teams in case of a variance.
  5. Providing insights to Ice Cream LT Board by high-quality slides.
  6. Calculating monthly distributive trade premiums.
  7. Execute TTS Optimization plans per channel and sub-channels according to segmentation.
  8. Ensuring hygiene in TTS allocations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administrations, Engineering or related fields.
  2. At least 4 years of experience in Finance such as Management Reporting, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Budget Management, Financial Audit, etc.
  3. Advanced English & Turkish.

  2. Good understanding on finance process and operations.
  3. Advanced skills in Excel, and good knowledge of SAP and OLAP.
