What We Expect?
  • Graduate with a major of Electrical-Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar from reputable universities.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT related positions preferably in technology, integrator or communication companies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT related services preferably in Pre-Sales / Architect roles.

  • Understand the client's business dynamics, their business priorities and how Turkcell Digital Business Services solutions can make them more competitive and efficient.
  • Lead with the vision and strategy, coordination skills between various stakeholders such as internal teams, external partners, suppliers and delivery managers.
  • Fluency in English (both written & spoken).
What Does the Technical Architect Role Do at Turkcell?
  • Identify and define qualified opportunities through customer visits and meetings, conducting thorough customer needs analyses.
  • Able to discuss technology transformation strategies with CIO and IT Directors/Managers.
  • Lead the analysis of existing technology environments, identifying critical deficiencies and recommending solutions for improvement.
  • Design and evaluate technical solutions related to hardware, software, and system performance, ensuring dependability, interoperability, security, recovery, and availability.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions and architectures.
  • Prepare, assess, and evaluate technical solutions and tasks related to managed services efforts for technical operations teams, ensuring alignment with customer needs, performance, dependability, interoperability, security, recovery, and availability.
  • Lead infrastructure migration projects, methodologies and best practices for transitioning customer environments to modern virtualized infrastructures.
  • Possess deep knowledge of systems, backup, virtualization, cloud, containers, Kubernetes and network technologies, ideally with hands-on planning and operational experience.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, internal technical teams and other technical staff to analyze business and technical requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of system virtualization, system infrastructure, related backup and replication technologies, OS platform technologies.
  • Experience with conducting hardware/software infrastructure sizing, performance, upgradeability reviews and benchmarking to provide overall infrastructure recommendations to the client.
  • Analyze server/storage requirements to ensure the system meets performance needs.
  • Address and resolve complex technical needs relating to system and network infrastructure.
  • Design technical solution architectures and draft technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) based on customer needs.
  • Develop and contribute to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and tender documents, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Experience with mainstream hardware vendor solutions and products in related system infrastructure domains.
  • ICT professional certification(s) related with partner programs of vendors.
