Job Description:
We're on the lookout for seasoned "Talent Acquisition Executive/Manager" who are passionate about talent acquisition and excel in finding and nurturing top talent. As a key member of our HR team, you will lead our recruitment efforts, enhance our employer brand, and ensure a delightful candidate experience.
What will you do?
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Determine and effectively utilize the most suitable recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Kariyer.net, company website, etc.).
- Establish in-house recruitment criteria and provide consultancy to managers and HR partners.
- Analyze existing recruitment processes and develop digital transformation and automation projects.
- Develop objective assessment and evaluation systems to measure candidates fairly.
- Monitor industry recruitment trends and conduct strategic benchmarking reports.
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and the selection process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and create a robust talent pipeline.
- Identify and analyze potential new sourcing opportunities.
- Provide strategic input on talent pipeline building and augment the talent pool.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly understand their hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Manage career events, university partnerships, and campus programs to strengthen the employer brand.
- Analyze recruitment performance metrics, including hiring duration, candidate quality, and satisfaction to provide insights to improve our strategies and outcomes.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with local laws and company policies.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development sessions.
- Manage collaborations with recruitment consultancy firms and external solution partners.
What are we looking for?
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Has at least 7+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Demonstrates a strong track record of successful placements across various roles and industries.
- Is knowledgeable about the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
- Experienced in HR technologies, assessment systems, and digital recruitment processes, LinkedIn Recruiter, along with proficiency in MS Office.
- Advanced analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experienced in project management, KPI tracking, and data analytics.
