Desired Skills and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical discipline
  2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
  3. Ability to grasp new technical concepts and complex system workflows, understand cause and effect for actions taken in a business process or IT infrastructure system. Act as the liaison between our personnel and other technical teams
  4. Ability to collaboratively work in a team environment and with a variety of personality types both internally and vendor facing
  5. Able to manage Domain components such as AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Fileserver etc.
  6. Can understand Network infrastructure like Firewall, Switch, Access Points problems
  7. Advanced level knowledge of Windows Client and Server, firewall (Checkpoint), Active Directory, IIS, Network (Aruba, Cisco)
  8. Knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and associated network protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, PXE, WDS, DNS, FTP, SSH, TELNET)
  9. Good verbal and written English communication skills (including technical writing)
  10. Able to use Antivirus & Encryption systems and DLP, SIEM, PAM
  11. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  12. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  13. No obstacle to travel
  14. Able to work abroad (Iraq, Algeria, Turkmenistan)
Key Responsibilities
  1. Ownership of Incident & Problem management requests relating to the workstation environments
  2. Creation of a Windows base build with a standard set of software products running on all the devices and deploying with minimal user interaction
  3. Provide day-to-day operations and in-depth technical support. Troubleshoot hardware and application issues
  4. Create accurate, reliable, and complete technical content including Knowledge Base articles, training documents, procedures, etc.
  5. Ensure proper, timely follow-up on all requests to ensure operational and service level agreements are met
