Bilyoner - People and Culture Associate II

As the leader of the Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy. The mission of the Marcom team is to drive awareness of the Bilyoner brand and its products & services while growing Bilyoner's member database through communications strategies, sponsorship, event, and media planning.

We are looking for a talented marketeer to join the Bilyoner Marketing Team to lead marketing strategies, media plans, creative communication campaigns, and sponsorships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our Product, CRM, Digital Performance, Design, Buying, and Finance Departments and keep in touch with our third parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management and marketing strategy development
  • Develop communication strategies seasonally and quarterly, implement the strategy
  • Build marketing plan
  • Plan strategies for increasing brand/product awareness
  • Lead and improve social media strategy (including YouTube)
  • New media trends tracking
  • Budgeting
  • Create an efficient budget yearly
  • Track actual budget monthly
  • Campaign Management
  • Build an effective campaign communication strategy according to the business goals
  • Event and Sponsorship
  • Manage current sponsorships
  • Seek new sponsorship opportunities
  • Lead events
  • Reporting
  • Lead market research, analyze the results, and create a new plan
  • Competitor analysis
  • Monthly marketing activities report
  • Act as a brand ambassador at each milestone and maintain brand consistency & brand positioning, ensuring that all work created by internal & external creative partners meets Bilyoner's standards for creative excellence
  • Own the brand, the process, and the product, and coordinate & brief all partners with that point of view
  • Consider all communications are built to work in the contemporary communications landscape – thinking digital/mobile first
  • Bring new ideas and insights from the digital world

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing skills both in English and in Turkish
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • At least 8+ years of working experience in marketing
  • The capability to track budget and accounting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple partners, managing bandwidth to ensure each partner is appropriately supported.
  • Operational excellence, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing resources, timings, and budgets across a range of briefs.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects efficiently, effectively, and productively
  • A forward-thinker, extremely organized, proactive. Someone that will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is always up for a challenge.
  • Confident presentation skills and excellent communication skills. Ability to foster and manage relationships with diverse business partners and C-Level Management Team.
  • Able to give and receive feedback positively, and see the value of different perspectives.
  • Creative, diplomatic, agile, and super-cool under pressure
  • Passionate about sports marketing
  • Can bring broad perspective on 360 degrees media planning
  • Problem-solving and multitasking
  • The capability to analyze marketing activities to give constructive creative feedback to the team and third parties.
