To be responsible for leading the preparation of Agriculture Activity Reports and dashboards and execution of support activities.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Before Season
  1. Vendor creation
  2. Preparation of all contract documents to be provided to Agriculture team for signatures
  3. Lead the development of contract coverage dashboard for daily performance tracking
  4. Ensure that dispatch and management plans are created with all seedling vendors
  5. Registration of contracts to SAP system
  6. Registration of planting reports to the system
  7. Entrance advance payments used in SAP related to contracts and making warehouse entries and warehouse exits
  8. Arrangement of personnel to work in waiting area (drivers of tractor, groundman), follow-up of their work processes with HR.
  9. Request for materials to be used for Agri Team through SRM
  10. Providing up-to-date document statements to support Agricultural Regional Managers during contract times.
During Season
  1. Lead the development of dashboard for daily performance monitoring of growers
  2. Price and cost control of daily raw material entries through the system.
  3. Conversion of incoming raw materials into e-waybills by controlling waybills through the system.
  4. Agricultural field leaders / factory coordination.
  5. Tax exemption checks.
  6. Preparation of raw material cost reports and reporting to relevant persons
  7. Control and follow-up of realized contract tonnage and amount
  8. Arrangement of system data summary for weekly agricultural activity reports
  9. Creating and supplying purchasing requests on the system by working in coordination with purchasing for the in-kind advance supply
  10. Follow-up of distribution and invoicing processes of advances in kind
  11. Giving information and documents related to their current accounts to the farmers who come to the factory
  12. Preparing payment lists and sending them to finance
  13. Attending monthly Agricultural meetings attended by the Director of Agriculture
  14. Monitoring of purchasing and contract stages of raw material transportation
  15. Monitoring of raw material transportation entries to GNS system and invoicing processes
  16. Supporting operations in raw material supply (weighbridge, square coordination, monitoring and reporting of seasonal agricultural personnel in the factory area)
  17. Conducting field square checks
  18. Contacting farmers/brokers who supply raw materials, having invoices issued and delivering invoices to accounting on time
  19. Keeping all written documents such as contracts, forms, procedures, etc. related to agricultural issues up-to-date and ensuring their follow-up.
  20. To fulfill the duties determined by the manager in order to ensure the continuity of the functioning within the team.
  21. Logistic invoice check and invoicing, inform daily logistic company for daily truck need
  22. Report debt of contracted suppliers
  23. Daily raw material cost report
  24. GNS daily spot price entry

Requirements

  1. Degree in Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration is preferable
  2. 1-2 years' experience in Procurement (Agricultural is preferred)
  3. English level – intermediate
  4. Ability to risk assess and make decisions
