About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agriculture Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Agriculture Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of Agriculture Activity Reports and dashboards, as well as executing support activities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Create vendor profiles and manage contract documents with the Agriculture team.
  • Develop and maintain a contract coverage dashboard for daily performance tracking.
  • Ensure that dispatch and management plans are created with all seedling vendors.
  • Register contracts and planting reports to the SAP system.
  • Manage entrance advance payments used in SAP related to contracts and make warehouse entries and exits.
  • Arrange personnel to work in waiting areas (drivers of tractor, groundman) and follow up on their work processes with HR.
  • Request materials needed for Agri Team through SRM.
  • Provide up-to-date document statements to support Agricultural Regional Managers during contract times.
During Season
  • Develop a dashboard for daily performance monitoring of growers.
  • Control price and cost of raw material entries through the system.
  • Convert incoming raw materials into e-waybills by controlling waybills through the system.
  • C coordinate with agricultural field leaders and factories.
  • Check tax exemptions.
  • Prepare raw material cost reports and report to relevant persons.
  • Control and follow up realized contract tonnage and amount.
  • Arrange system data summary for weekly agricultural activity reports.
  • Create purchasing requests on the system in coordination with purchasing for in-kind advance supply.
  • Follow up distribution and invoicing processes of advances in kind.
  • Give information and documents to farmers who come to the factory.
  • Prepare payment lists and send them to finance.
  • Attend monthly agricultural meetings attended by the Director of Agriculture.
  • Monitor purchasing and contract stages of raw material transportation.
  • Monitor raw material transportation entries to GNS system and invoicing processes.
  • Support operations in raw material supply (weighbridge, square coordination, monitoring and reporting of seasonal agricultural personnel in the factory area).
  • Conduct field square checks.
  • Contact farmers/brokers who supply raw materials, issue invoices, and deliver invoices to accounting on time.
  • Keep all written documents related to agricultural issues up to date and ensure their follow-up.
  • Fulfill duties determined by the manager to ensure continuity within the team.
  • Logistic invoice check and invoicing, inform daily logistic company for daily truck need.
  • Report debt of contracted suppliers.
  • Daily raw material cost report.
  • GNS daily spot price entry.
