Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer to join our game changer team.

As a Lead Product Designer (Growth) at TurkNet, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-centric design solutions. In this role, you will also lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering their growth and ensuring design excellence across all projects. Your leadership skills will drive collaboration, align design efforts with business goals, and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

If you're passionate about design systems, particularly have a background in online FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), ISP (internet service provider), and retail, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. User-Centric Design: Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our digital products.
  2. Design System Expertise: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
  3. Innovation: Drive innovation in design, keeping up with industry trends, and introducing new ideas and approaches.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
  5. User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  6. Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to test and communicate design concepts effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital product design.
  2. Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital product design work, including examples of design systems.
  3. Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, or similar.
  4. Design Systems: Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining design systems.
  5. User-Centered Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
  7. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
