Ne Bekliyoruz?

  • Üniversitelerin Elektronik ve Haberleşme veya Elektrik-Elektronik Mühendisliği bölümlerinden mezun olmanı,
  • GSM/UMTS/LTE alanında en az 5 yıl planlama ve/veya optimizasyon tecrübesi olan,
  • 3G&4G ekipman, yönetim sistemleri, RF planlama ve optimizasyon araçları (Atoll, Experia vb.) bilgi sahibi olmanı,
  • Sql ve Python ile raporlama ve veri işleme yetkinliğine sahip olmanı,
  • Tercihen Mapinfo, Tableau gibi veri görselleştirme araçları hakkında bilgi sahibi olmanı,
  • Analitik düşünme ve yaratıcılık yönünün güçlü olmasını,
  • Çevrenle rahat ilişkiler kurabilen, süreçlere liderlik edebiliyor olmanı,
  • Kendini geliştirmeye ve öğrenmeye istekli olmanı,
  • İyi derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip olmanı,

Turkcell'de Radio Network Strategic Planning Rolü Ne Yapar?

  • Radyo Şebeke yatırım stratejilerini belirler, yıllık yatırım planlarını oluşturur, revizyon çalışmalarını gerçekleştirir,
  • Radyo Şebeke ekipmanlarının HW, SW kapasite takibini ve boyutlandırmasını yapar,
  • Radyo şebeke topolojisini yeni ihtiyaçlar ve optimizasyon alanları doğrultusunda günceller,
  • Yatırım uygunluğu verilmiş ürünlerin şebekeye dahil edilmesini sağlar,
  • Yıllık ve çeyrek bazlı rollout planını oluşturur, takibini yapar, gerektiğinde revize eder,
  • Yeni nesil mobil teknolojiler ve ilintili çözümlere yönelik yatırım stratejilerini ve planlarını hazırlar,
  • Radyo Şebeke yatırım planlarının iş sahibi olarak projelendirilmesini sağlar, analiz liderliğini ve gerektiğinde projeleri yönetir,
  • Radyo Şebeke envanterinin verimli şekilde yönetilmesinden sorumlu olur. Ekipman kullanım stratejilerini belirler ve uygulanışını takip eder,
  • Radyo Şebeke bölgesel operasyonlarının yatırım verimliliğini, temel performans göstergelerine göre izler, raporlar ve yönlendirir,
  • Yatırımla ilişkili Radyo Şebekesi hedeflerini belirler,
  • Müşteriye sunulacak yeni servisler/tarifeler vb. görüş isteklerini analiz eder, gereken girdileri sağlar,
  • Yeni servis/tarife gerçekleşmelerini analiz eder, etkilenecek birimleri bilgilendirir,
  • Uzun Vadeli Radyo Şebeke yatırım planlarını (Long Term Business Plan) hazırlar, gerektiğinde revize eder,
  • Radyo Şebeke optimizasyon konularında yatırım uygunluğuna karar verir,
  • Tüm Radyo Şebeke teknolojilerinin kapsama/kapasite analizlerini yapar, bunun için kullanılan planlama yazılımlarının yeni teknolojilere adaptasyonunu sağlar, yol haritasını ve ürün yaşam döngüsünü yönetir, kullanım yoğunluğuna göre lisans yönetimini ve planlamasını yapar.
