What you'll do


• Engage with internal stakeholders and external organisations to understand the key drivers, challenges, and opportunities for the Network strategy, evolution, and convergence.


• Lead the definition of the access NEP (Fixed & Mobile) and E2E NEP (Network Evolution Plan) consolidation, and contribute to the overall prioritisation of Vodafone Türkiye Networks budget in line with the commercial priorities and financial constraints.


• Lead/support overall assessment and delivery of any NW future strategic projects i.e. 3G Shutdown, 5G SA deployment, MPN, DSL retirement, etc.


• Responsible for the updated NW Competitive intelligence in the Market to ensure the Vodafone strategy is implemented in the most efficient way, minimizing the cost with reduced time to market.


• Provide strategy and economic advisers around the benefits that network investments will bring to Vodafone's customers, justifying spend and developing specific business cases.


• Develop the Network Evolution Plan (one year / three years) for the technology area in scope for VF Türkiye.


• Define the scope and cost modelling of business strategic projects pre-G0, to ensure feasible and prioritized activities.


• Support preparation of annual Detailed Budget/Long Range Plan build-up in the market together with all documentation required for the Network Director for submission, ensuring maximum alignment within the Vodafone Strategy considering budget constraints and project prioritization in the market (mainly driven by market competition).


• Create executive presentations and summary reports in ppt/excel/etc formats.

Who you are


• Mobile NW financial modelling and optimization experience highly recommended.


• Good knowledge of mobile and fixed markets/networks with experience in the telecommunications sector.


• Proven ability to think strategically about business, products (MPN, IoT, 5G), and technology (i.e. 5G, IoT).


• Proven NW Modelling experience.


• Stakeholder management skills.


• Proven experience in Executive reporting.


• Financial acumen desirable.


• University degree in Engineering/ICT.


• Experience in Telco Network domains (RAN, Mobile Core, Fixed Networks, Network cost Planning and modelling, or similar).


• Excellent communication skills and executive presentation abilities.


• Excellent English proficiency.
