What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute targeted communication strategies to convey our brand and products to the intended audience, creating awareness and ensuring the preference for our services and solutions.
• Oversee the social media agency responsible for creating engaging content, aligning with the company's messaging and marketing goals.
• Actively participate in relevant events to connect with our target audience ensuring a strategic approach to audience engagement.
• Utilize appropriate channels to introduce our products and services to the right personas, fostering close communication and increasing interaction.
• Lead and execute corporate social responsibility initiatives, contributing to our commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

What Skills Do You Have:

• Bachelor's in Public Relations, Advertising, Media Studies, Communication Design or in related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications.
• Preferably worked in marketing team of a corporation.
• Preferably worked in or closely with agencies thus has an understanding on how agencies function.
• Highly creative and imaginative mindset; a true idea hamster.
• Highly eloquent and punctual in both spoken and written Turkish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
