We are looking for "Software Development Director" to join the inspiring journey of Dias, a unique technology solutions provider in its field in Turkey.

What we expect? / Duty And Responsibilities :

  • Leadership and Strategy: By providing guidance to software development teams, you will create a vision aligned with the company's long-term goals and lead accordingly.
  • Project Management: You will manage multiple software projects within scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring adaptability to change.
  • Team Building and Mentorship: Creating a collaborative environment, you'll build a high-caliber software team, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Technology Roadmap Development: Identifying future technology trends aligning with company goals, you'll continue to lead in the industry through technology selection.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitating communication between tech teams and external stakeholders, you'll ensure understanding and alignment.
  • Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Setting quality standards and managing risks, you'll ensure the delivery of high-quality products and project success.

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

  • 15+ years of software experience and more than 5 years in management roles.
  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Has a creative and driven mindset with experience navigating through ambiguity and a desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Coupled with a proactive and inventive approach to tackling challenges amid uncertainty, and a keen interest in thriving within a dynamic and high-pressure work setting.
  • A motivated self-starter with a hands-on attitude, adept at collaborating effectively with people across various organizational levels, and capable of motivating others.
  • Eager to explore fresh perspectives, experiment with innovative ideas, and push the limits.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with others effectively.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
