Our client, a leading production company backed by one of the biggest Private Equity, is seeking a dynamic and strategic "FINANCE DIRECTOR" to drive financial excellence and business growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the FINANCE DIRECTOR will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred;
  • Proven experience as CFO, VP of Finance, Finance Director or similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Financial leader with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence in dynamic environments, particularly within Private Equity or growth equity-backed businesses;
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities;
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and strategic mindset;
  • Have a hands-on and flexible approach to support team and colleagues in providing an excellent service to our members and their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being co-pilot of Chief Executive Officer, providing commercial insights along with operational reporting and analysis and input to strategy and planning matters;
  • Develop and embed a robust financial and business performance framework, driving accountability and sustainable growth;
  • Oversee financial due diligence and integration execution of M&A workstreams;
  • Optimise cash flow, working capital, and risk management strategies for long-term stability;
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate funding for operations and growth initiatives;
  • Partner with operational teams to analyse financial performance and uncover opportunities for increased profitability;
  • Overseeing the end to end finance function including managing the financial business performance, Audit & Risk Management, banking relationships and providing commercial value add to support the business performance and growth.
