As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying opportunities to increase bookings and revenue.
- Negotiate room rates and packages with clients, leveraging our hotel's unique offerings to secure deals.
- Develop and implement local marketing campaigns to promote our hotel and services, including social media promotions.
- Manage contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with our current business strategies and pricing conditions.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust our sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
