  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Maintain and update laboratory equipment, supplies, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with laboratory technicians to ensure efficient workflow and minimize disruptions.
  • Communicate test results and findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining the laboratory protocol book and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Contribute to staff growth and development by providing training and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a university's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
  • Possession of a veterinary specialization diploma or a doctoral-level academic career.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory.
  • Experience in molecular techniques is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Having knowledge of the poultry industry is a plus.
  • Having knowledge of the ISO 17025 standard is a plus.
