Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing the in-field operations of trailers, ensuring compliance with transportation and customs legislation. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of logistics principles and a minimum of 5 years of experience in related business.

In-Field Operations:

  1. Controlling trailer conditions and making necessary arrangements for repairs
  2. FOLLOWING UP ON TRAFFIC INSURANCE TRANSACTIONS FOR TRAILERS
  3. Keeping original documents and reissuing them in case of loss
  4. Providing communication and coordination with drivers
  5. Ensuring daily driver cards are kept up to date
  6. Monitoring mileage, diesel purchase, and consumption
  7. Calculating monthly allowances for drivers
  8. FOLLOWING UP ON ANNUAL INSPECTION DATES FOR VEHICLES
  9. Eliminating deficiencies and organizing TUV transactions as needed
  10. FOLLOWING UP ON TRAFFIC FINES AND REFLECTING THEM TO DRIVERS

Trailer Management:

  1. Maintaining an updated trailer tracking list
  2. Sharing information about empty equipment with relevant Operations units
  3. Providing information to sales department and ensuring vehicles are provided for spot loads
  4. Using appropriate trailers according to operational needs
  5. Monitoring monthly trip numbers and utilization performance of trailers
  6. MONITORING AND CONTROLLING ALL IN-FIELD OPERATIONS
  7. Obtaining offers and making agreements with domestic and foreign trucking companies and haulers
