Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in İzmir at Form Global Logistics. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining business relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development and execution of strategic plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of client/account/sales management experience in Logistic industry, or, Supply Chain experience
- Air, land and ocean experience is highly preferred
- Customer-centric approach to identify customer needs
- Strategic partnering financial acumen, matrix management, value co-creator, presentation skills
- Functional management skills & influencing skill
- Collaborative stakeholder management
- Advanced English & Turkish
- Strong team player
- Multi-tasking personality
Job Description
- Communicates significant trends, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts
- Holds expertise in one of the industries of automotive, retail, lifestyle, technology, chemicals
- Drive business growth and market share through engagement with customers
- Ensure multi-functional alignment to customers' needs
- Manage negotiations with the customer on behalf of the company
- Ensures account management to truly understand customers and their needs
- Oversees forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals
- Drives campaigns to generate a healthy pipeline and yield
- Provides input for decision-making to senior managers
- Develops solutions to match business needs, participates in the development of new ideas and organizes information to develop, compare and assess alternatives
