Business Development Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Road Logistics Sales Representative to join our team in Izmir. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will act as the single point of contact for Kuehne + Nagel solutions and service sales, with a special focus on Road logistics sales.
  • You will develop and maintain an existing customer portfolio.
  • You will identify and acquire new customers through active sales efforts.
  • You will assess prospective accounts as Profitable, Significant, or Strategic to secure winning bids.
  • You will meet or exceed Sales Performance Monitoring System (SPMS) targets.
  • You will perform all aspects of the sales process and update relevant activities in Kuehne+Nagel systems (QT, Corelog) daily.
  • You will conduct periodic business reviews with customers and maintain strong communication with Operations teams.
  • You will develop expertise in Kuehne + Nagel Systems & Solutions and introduce IT solutions to customers.
  • You will ensure a smooth handover to the Operations Department.
Your Requirements
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • You have at least 2 years of sales experience in Logistics.
  • You possess strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills with a proven ability to acquire new customers.
  • You have a solid understanding of Road Logistics operations and sales processes.
  • You are able to work closely with internal teams and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You possess strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Turkish.
  • You are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
