House of Shipping provides business consultancy and advisory services for Shipping & Logistics companies. House of Shipping's commitment to their customers begins with developing an understanding of their business fundamentals.

Currently, House of Shipping is recruiting for an experienced sales person (job title will be discussed basis interview and experience) for a leading global freight forwarding company at Izmir location.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  1. Is expected to have continuous efforts in securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing business, developing the network business with other countries thereby generating Gross Profits to the Organization.
  2. Conduct and report the Sales Visits and promotional activities set by the management and transform a maximum of those into revenue generating business.
  3. Maintain records of customer details/sales visits in internal ERP based CRM modules.
  4. Weekly/monthly regular meetings with the management.
  5. Promote Core Trade Lines and Consolidation Products to existing customers and new customers to increase the TL volumes and profitability to the Organization.
  6. Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly/monthly sales meetings.
  7. Provide feedback from the customers on the product and services to management for the continuous improvement of Products and services offered by the Organization.
  8. Share Market Intelligence for the Organization to develop Market Strategies to increase the customer base.
  9. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments as support to receivables team.
