Your Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through in-person visits, networking, and cold outreach.
  2. Develop customized logistics solutions based on client needs.
  3. Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets through a structured sales approach.
  5. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless service execution.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales (mandatory).
  • Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Proven success in acquiring and managing new accounts.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
