Role Overview

The Regional Admissions Director is a pivotal role that requires a strong leader to manage and grow a team of Field Admissions Representatives. This position involves fostering relationships, providing leadership, and executing strategic plans to drive enrollment growth.

This dynamic role demands a forward-thinking individual who can build effective teams, motivate and develop talent, and drive business results. A key responsibility will be to establish and maintain alignment with campus leadership while ensuring the success of our Field Admissions Team.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with 3-5 years of sales experience and preferably 3-5 years of sales management experience. Strong leadership skills, complex problem-solving abilities, and remote leadership expertise are essential for this role.

  • Foster Relationships: Collaborate with Director Admissions Process to develop training programs for Field Reps and partner with Campus leadership to ensure shared goals.
  • Lead and Mentor: Provide leadership to Admissions talent by instilling a culture of high performance, utilizing effective training, performance management, and career development activities.
  • Administrative: Prepare staff projections during budgeting, attend meetings as necessary, and manage existing policies consistent with our company philosophy.
