Job Description

The Regional Admissions Director is responsible for managing a group of territories consisting of 8-12 Field Admissions Representatives. This role requires a strong leader to provide ongoing and consistent training, coaching, development, and hiring of top talent.

A key responsibility will be to foster relationships, lead and mentor a team, and execute strategic plans to drive enrollment growth. You will work closely with our Director Admissions Process to develop training programs for Field Reps and partner with Campus leadership to ensure shared goals.

This dynamic role demands a forward-thinking individual who can build effective teams, motivate and develop talent, and drive business results. A key skill required for this role is the ability to develop and execute a strategic plan for areas of responsibility.
