We're looking for a Field Sales Manager in İzmir to drive new business, build client relationships, and contribute to our rapid growth.
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be on the front lines, engaging with potential customers, understanding their freight and logistics needs, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through in-person visits, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop customized logistics solutions based on client needs.
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through a structured sales approach.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless service execution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales (mandatory).
- Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
- Proven success in acquiring and managing new accounts.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
