Beijer Electronics Türkiye is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to elevate solution-based sales to the next level and expand its reach further.
We are seeking a driven individual who can identify new potential customers, build strong relationships, and showcase the value of our solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on discovering projects and improvement opportunities for existing customers, acting as a trusted product consultant in their field. A solution-driven sales approach with a key target group being machine builders is required.
This role offers the freedom to shape work as long as it aligns with the company's vision. Responsibilities include strategic collaboration with partners, customer visits, organizing events such as seminars, training sessions, and technical workshops. Beyond CRM management, quotations, and follow-ups, this person will act as the crucial link between the market and our company. Teamwork is at our core, ensuring support is always available when needed.
The Successful CandidateSuccess in sales is about valuing customer relationships, teamwork, and business growth. We're looking for someone with experience in a customer-facing role with a commercial focus, technical knowledge in HMI, PLC, Servo, Drives, and familiarity with Codesys. Knowledge of open web technologies (OPC-UA, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) is also essential. A valid driver's license and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
Bonus requirements include understanding of communication solutions and digitization, broad technical knowledge of solutions/applications, and familiarity with IFS or similar ERP systems.
