The role of the Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Specialist is to sell commercial vehicle and equipment parts to external customers via the counter or over the phone at Rush Truck Centers. This includes:

  • Selling parts to external and account customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
  • Ensuring all parts movements are performed in SAP in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper documentation of sales according to Rush policies.
  • Initiate retail orders in Parts Link and update repair orders in Service Link.
  • Complete customer and vendor returns as per procedure.
  • Keep orderly records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
