About the Job
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Leader to join our team in Turkey. As a key member of our Sales and Bid team, you will be responsible for developing and leading sales strategies targeting key sectors such as rail, urban mobility, and integrated transport solutions.
Your primary objectives will be to lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Bid team to meet revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, government agencies, and strategic partners. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and lead sales strategies targeting key sectors such as rail, urban mobility, and integrated transport solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Bid team to meet revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, government agencies, and strategic partners.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, and at least 10-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic planning within the mobility, transportation, or technology sectors. You should have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in the Turkish or international market.
You should also possess strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you should have fluency in Turkish and English, and German language skills are a plus.
