We are seeking an IT professional to fill the role of Monitoring Specialist, reporting directly to the Monitoring Reporting Team Lead.

Role Overview

  • Monitor and track customer systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Infrastructures and applications will be monitored continuously (Server, Storage, Network, VMware, MS Family, SAP etc.).
  • Alarm monitoring and intervention according to task requirements is essential.
  • Ticket creation for out-of-competence issues is also a key responsibility.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Manage Engine, Site 7x24 is required.
  • Compliance with action plans for monitoring tools and reportings needs to be maintained.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions is necessary.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in shift systems.
  • Excellent time management, planning, organization, coordination and follow-up skills are required.
  • Effective human relations, strong communication skills and responsible attitude towards work are expected.
  • Candidates who have completed their military service are given preference.
