Job Description

As a Quality & Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and control processes to prevent defects and deviations from standards. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving quality issues in a timely and effective manner.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for producing high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify quality issues and trends
  • Developing and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of quality issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Providing training and coaching to production staff on quality procedures and best practices

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in food or chemistry engineering and at least 2 years of quality assurance experience. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. SAP knowledge is also highly desirable.
