We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage RD&A Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for the development of new beverage applications, creating innovative products, and working closely with our flavors team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing new beverage applications to support customers.
• Creatng innovative beverage products such as carbonated soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and fruit beverages.
• Working together with a cross-functional team to develop integrated beverage solutions across all categories.
• Collaborating with the flavors team for evaluation of performance of flavor products in application.
• Providing input on flavor collection needs.
• Linking with other application groups to cross-share knowledge.
• Providing technical assistance in product evaluation.
• Maintaining lab consumables, equipment, and ingredients in safe and hygienic storage.
• Keeping up to date on best practices and competitor benchmarking.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual who can bring their expertise and passion to our team. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related subjects.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of Beverage R&D product development working experience with a proven track record.
• Must be able to participate in the sensory evaluation of products and formulate products with flavors.
• An understanding of beverage equipment and other industry standards for beverage products and their processes would be desirable.
• Understanding of interaction of taste products within the food matrix and processing impact.
• Ability to prepare and present a broad range of technology building blocks in final application as a beverage essential.
• Good communication and presentation skills; innovative yet practical, with a flair for creating food and challenging why we do what we do.
• Experience in managing both internal and external relationships, commercial & sales teams, general management, customers, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work alone or within a multi-functional team.
• Willingness and attitude to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Will need to travel to customers within and outside Turkey.
• Good command of English and Turkish Language.
