Media Officer

Location:Job Summary:

This role involves designing media materials and publications to enhance Ataarelief's visual identity and promote its work. The successful candidate will support project teams by preparing templates, posts, and presentations, while coordinating with the media team and ensuring quality control. They will contribute to developing the association's marketing plans.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Advanced knowledge of photography tools.
  • Proficiency in photo editing software (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).
  • Experience in designing and producing reports/magazines using InDesign.
  • Good level of English (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in After Effects (preferred).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing media materials and publications to promote Ataarelief's work.
  • Supporting media tools and materials to develop the association's visual identity.
  • Implementing Ataarelief's media policy in reports, printed materials, banners, and other media products.
  • Preparing studies, reports, and technical outputs produced by different teams in the association.
  • Overseeing quality control of printed content.
  • Coordinating with the media team to maintain and archive media content related to projects.
  • Capturing photos and videos during projects and field visits.
  • Providing marketing and promotional support to project teams.
  • Assisting in assessing marketing material needs and contributing to preparation and distribution.
  • Collaborating with the media team to develop plans and propose ideas for enhancing the association's reputation.
