International Law Specialist:

As a key member of our corporate law department, you will be responsible for advising on complex international legal matters, drafting contracts, and negotiating agreements with clients. You will work closely with our team of experienced lawyers to deliver high-quality legal solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on complex international legal matters, including contract law and commercial law
- Draft contracts and negotiate agreements with clients
- Conduct research and analysis to support legal cases
- Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
- At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in a law firm providing legal services to corporations
- Excellent command of legal written and spoken English
- Excellent command of MS Office
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
