We are seeking a talented Axe & Communities Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement program design for in-store and omni-channel client services

• Create and follow up on local training needs and rounds

• Coordinate and report KPIs for related axe services and axe community roles

• Analyze usage and results of My SU, Attensi, and Omni Service tools

• Focus on creating a full coherent approach between EME and country operations

Key requirements include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and skincare experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
