We are looking for an Axe & Communities Trainer with exceptional skills and qualifications. As a key member of our team, you will implement program design for in-store and omni-channel client services. You will also develop and promote axe communities in Turkey, coordinating country expert level performance, training, and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing in-store and omni-channel client service programs
  • Developing and promoting axe communities in Turkey
  • Coordinating country expert level performance, training, and development
  • Focusing on excellent customer experience through team development

You will work closely with our team to create a cohesive approach between EME and country operations. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, with French being a plus. Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and skincare experience are also beneficial.
