Claims Process Optimization Specialist

The successful Claims Administration Specialist will be responsible for managing claims from initial receipt to resolution, ensuring timely and professional communication with customers.
Essential Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems, such as SAP and SalesForce.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, have 1 year of experience in Quality or Customer Service, and be proficient in English. ASQ Certification as Certified Quality Technician is also an asset.
