Key requirements for this role include:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  3. Proven ability to lead teams and manage distributors effectively.
  4. Strong understanding of sales functions, including Customer Care and Sales Development (CCSD), customer relations, and field operations.
