We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team.

Location: Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Sales Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Ensure achievement of agreed Customer Targets / KPIs (Distribution, call coverage/frequency, Hit Rate, Drop Size, Bad Goods) for the assigned Area.
  2. Define and execute Joint Business Plan (JBP) in line with ICP (Integrated Commercial Plan) for assigned customers to drive the overall business.
  3. Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
  4. Responsible to provide quality and on-time information on demand forecast by distributor, report on market dynamics, competitor activities.
  5. Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and local regulations.
  6. Coach, motivate and develop Distributors' sales representatives.

Which profile are we looking for?

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree.
  2. Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.
  3. Proven ability to lead teams and manage distributors effectively.
  4. Strong understanding of all sales functions, including Customer Care and Sales Development (CCSD), customer relations, and field operations, with experience in managing a field sales team.
  5. A valid driving license is required.
  6. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
