Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive performance marketing campaigns across all channels, including Facebook, Google, and other ad networks, using data-driven insights to inform your decisions.
  • Continuously A/B test and explore new approaches based on campaign results.
  • Deliver regular campaign reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Implement successful optimization strategies based on reported data.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to provide KPI insights for producing new key creatives.
  • Provide actionable analysis of campaigns and their outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing position within a marketing department, preferably in the mobile apps sector.
  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing channels like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok.
  • Familiarity with Google UAC, FB Ads, Apple Search Ads.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing terminology, including CPC, CTR, CPA, CPI, Retention.
  • Experience with Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to interpret and understand data.
  • Strong teamwork and self-motivation skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Creativity, practicality, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
