We are looking for a highly skilled Bar Service Professional to join our team at Soho House.

This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and other drinks.
• Provide quality service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Support management as needed, contributing to a smooth operation.
• Maintain cleanliness, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Pour wine and beer, demonstrating knowledge of classic drinks.
• Collect payment and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Serve food to customers seated at the bar, requiring menu knowledge.
• Verify identification of customers to ensure age requirements are met.
• Determine intoxication levels and intervene when necessary.
• Clean up after customers and maintain a clean work area.
