About the Job

We are looking for qualified, part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network and deliver care using our innovative, tech-enabled platform.

As a therapist on our platform, you will work independently but also have the support of our dedicated teams, including provider support, clinical care navigation, and administrative care support.

You will provide counseling services to clients with various benefits, from short-term goal-focused EAPs to employer health plans allowing multiple sessions as medically necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will treat adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
  • You will maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
  • You will use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to your client's needs.
  • You will collaborate with our teams whenever needed.
What We're Looking For
  • You must be properly qualified (licensed) to practice counseling in Turkey, with a minimum of 3 years of independent experience.
  • You should have access to a computer or laptop, be comfortable with technology, and tele-health competent.
  • You should have training and experience in evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
  • You should be comfortable providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present higher risks.
  • You should be committed to quality clinical care and willing to expand your capabilities through opportunities for growth and feedback.
