Key Responsibilities

• To provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless service delivery while maintaining attention to detail.

• To perform pre-service and post-service procedures as per standard, guaranteeing consistency and quality.

• To accurately process reservations, adhering to established standards and protocols.

• To utilise telephone etiquette effectively, ensuring clear and concise communication during all external and internal calls.

• To possess comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus and operating hours for each restaurant.

• To proficiently utilise the POS system, following established policies and procedures to locate existing guest profiles.

• To maintain daily inspections of all physical facilities and equipment, recommending necessary corrections and improvements as needed.

General Requirements

• Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems.

• Excellent organisational skills & Time management.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations (Hotel based or Standalone).

• Degree or Diploma in hotel management.

• Thorough understanding of food and beverage knowledge.

• Caring attitude towards colleagues and guests, along with excellent communication skills.

• Excellent collaboration skills with others.

• A good level of English and Turkish language proficiency.
