Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to join our team at Rainmaker Consultancy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our financial strategy, ensuring the company's financial stability and operational efficiency.

You will oversee financial planning, budget reporting, and accounting processes, as well as implement cash flow management strategies to ensure long-term financial stability. Your expertise in team leadership and managing cross-functional teams will be essential in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals across Accounting, Finance, HR Payroll and Recruitment, Legal, and Administrative Affairs departments.
  • Oversee and drive financial planning, budget reporting, and accounting processes.
  • Implement and optimize cash flow management strategies to ensure long-term financial stability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and streamline cash budgeting processes, ensuring that financial resources are effectively allocated.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management, contributing to the overall business growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and support scaling efforts in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Ensure tax optimization and compliance with financial and legal regulations, especially in the digital learning and B2C sectors.
Requirements:
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is required.
  • Proven experience in budget reporting and accounting within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in cash flow management and budgeting.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply legislation related to finance (tax expertise is not required).
  • Solid experience in team leadership and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of financial governance and ensuring compliance with financial controls and policies.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Background in a technopark or similar innovation-driven environment is a plus.
  • Ability to manage high-volume financial reporting and strategic decision-making processes.
