Job Title: Yoga and Spa Coordinator

Kimera Lounge Hotel is seeking a highly motivated Yoga and Spa Coordinator to support the development and implementation of our wellness programs. The successful candidate will have a passion for yoga, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating yoga classes, workshops, and events
  • Support spa operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and high standards of quality
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local yoga instructors and wellness professionals
  • Monitor and analyze spa sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote wellness programs and services
Requirements:
  • Certified yoga instructor with experience teaching classes
  • Basic knowledge of spa operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, prioritizing tasks accordingly
