The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Art Manager - Marketing who possesses advanced expertise in motion graphic design or a related field, preferably in the non-gaming app or gaming industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create platform-native creatives, knowledge of Figma and experience in team management, strong grasp of target audiences and use case concepts, ability to multitask and work across different app genres simultaneously, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to tracking industry trends and integrating them into projects.

The successful candidate should also possess a strong aesthetic sense, the ability to develop motivation-based creative concepts, and improve workflows, as well as consistently produce high-performing creatives and improve creative processes within the team.
