We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team at CROWNE PLAZA ANKARA. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement action plans to expand new accounts and boost incremental revenues from existing accounts
- Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business leads
- Increase sales by building and maintaining professional relationships with prospect accounts or clients
- Develop customer relationships and travel locally to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and enhance market/customer share across all revenue streams
- Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to deliver exceptional Guest experiences and develop comprehensive sales programmes
- Prepare contracts for the hotel based on current business and pricing conditions
- Attend relevant Sales events
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries
- Produce accurate and timely reports for the Sales Manager and senior management, including appointment reports, call records and business leads
- Ensure smooth administration and execution of all planned events
- University degree in a related field
- Valid class B driver's license
- Knowledge of hotel management systems
- Banquet Sales experience in an international five-star hotel chain is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with all levels of employees
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Highly organised and administratively skilled
- Proficient in IT
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
