Job Profile

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans for strategic accounts, focusing on larger deals, portfolio management, and effectively selling the organization's printing offerings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive significant revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction by applying consultative-selling techniques to identify and advance opportunities within the printing sector.
  • Own account plans for strategic accounts, focusing on larger deals, portfolio management, and effectively selling the organization's printing offerings.
  • Engage with key clients, assessing their long-term goals, gathering feedback, and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Pursue new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts, providing detailed account mapping, taking meetings face-to-face, and handling contract details and renewals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 5+ years of work experience, preferably in account management, sales, product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage), or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in business dynamics, hunting for new business, and managing long-term customer relationships.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for meetings with customers.
